If only in need of detail work, or touch-up painting here and there, our rates are *$275 for half-day services or *$375 for a whole day. Rates are for professional labor only. Any paints or extra materials will be an additional cost.

***PLEASE NOTE: For both Standard Painting & Realty Painting, minor repairs are included. This only involves fixing a very small number of nail pops, nail holes, and stress cracks, and caulking a few gaps. Depending on what rate we are contracted for, it only covers walls (wood, drywall & brick fire places), ceilings, trim, doors and closets. Basements, garages, kitchen cabinets, crowns & wainscoting are additional services which can be provided at a negotiable charge, If theses services are not mentioned during request, they will not be considered within any Realty Painting services. Most homes only need prep-work to achieve picture-perfect painting. Homes that have been well-lived in and/or are in disrepair will require a separate service. We’ll hire the proper tradesman who can properly restore walls from any condition.
